Streaming video interface

I found today while looking for audio of Bettie Serveert. It’s a neat site that streams video of various concerts. Digging through the archives even turned up the likes of 3 Inches of Blood. Watching the video isn’t too exciting, but the audio makes for nice background music while doing something else. Such a waste to stream all that data just for the audio portion, but I’m not scared.

When I got to the site I immediately started a stream. Then I realized I wanted to know more about the site. Thinking I would lose my audio (well, and video) by clicking to another page, I opened a new tab and went from there. Later when I no longer cared if the audio stream ended, I navigated from the artist page. To my surprise, the audio and video continued to play in a smaller portion of the screen. Wicked. If only I had known that from the start. And if only there was a way to stop it without going back to the artist page.
