Yes, all of that is pulled right from Answers.com. The image too. It’s many times better than dictionary.com. Not only is it standards, but it offers many times more information on many times more subjects. Plus free pronunciation, or “pron” as their code calls it, a dope Firefox extension and some crap you can install on your desktop. Sorry dictionary.com. I’ve been blocking your ads and popups for a while, but now I’m just plain over you.

On the subject of awesome, how come everything google makes is many times better than those other search engines? Be sure to zoom all the way in.

I’m this close to making it through the day without checking my RSS reader. Wwhheeee!

I actually saw the moon thing before reading this! Amazing!

Also, your images are broked when I go to the page of the post. Fix those?

    That is sweet!

Not everything is better. The Jeeves site has these Binoculars things that are cool, and look at the suggestions on the right side of the page: http://web.ask.com/web?q=tiger&qsrc=145&o=0
They don’t have Mac Tiger though

I like looking places up on maps. Recently I put my trusted Yahoo maps aside and tried out google maps, mainly due to constant harassment for this one person I know. I don’t think I’ll go back to Yahoo maps ever again. But really, the main reason I’m writing this comment now is tonight I just noticed that not only can you select ‘map’ or ‘satellite’ options, but now there’s ‘hybrid’ which is by far the best. Wow.

Yeah, hybrid is fantastic. MSN has new map software. I think I prefer Google’s, but the compass is interesting. http://virtualearth.msn.com/

mmm, I really like the MSN maps too. I must explore more.

I noticed tonight on ABC News that one of their graphics of Iraq had a Google Virtual Earth credit in the corner. I guess Google’s all journalistic now…
